On December 21, 2011, the territory of the north-western Ardennes was designated the Ardennes Regional Natural Park. Nationally recognized for the quality of its remarkable natural spaces and its strong cultural identity, it is set in an exceptional geological context, with a wide variety of landscapes and a privileged geographical location close to Belgium.
